Client Bill of Rights and Responsibilities
Purpose
The purpose of the Bill of Rights and Responsibilities is to define the responsibilities of all WCYR clients before, during and after receiving services. The goal is to ensure that WCYR clients have a positive experience.

The Board of Directors of WCYR endorse the Client Bill of Rights and, in doing so, create the expectations that all WCYR staff, volunteers and students, will respect and uphold the Client Bill of Rights, and will promote awareness and understanding of the Client Bill of Rights.
