MAKING CHANGES FOR MEN

Making Changes for Men is a self-discovery group program designed to enhance mental well-being and foster meaningful lasting change in a man’s life. This program is a partnership between Women’s Centre of York Region and the Canadian Centre for Men and Families


Through the program men will:

  • Find their voice and inner strength

  • Gain awareness of behaviours, patterns and emotions

  • Identify and practice ways to change thought-action patterns

  • Improve relationships with self and others

  • Increase resilience in challenging times

About the Program

  • 6-sessions, online and weekly

  • All participants must attend one of the 40 minute Info Sessions to decide whether the program is right for them (either Feb.18th or Feb. 25th)

  • This program is offered free of charge

  • Once the 6 sessions are complete, we will incorporate feedback from participants when determining future Making Changes for Men session content and delivery.
