MAKING CHANGES FOR MEN
Making Changes for Men is a self-discovery group program designed to enhance mental well-being and foster meaningful lasting change in a man’s life. This program is a partnership between Women’s Centre of York Region and the Canadian Centre for Men and Families
Through the program men will:
Find their voice and inner strength
Gain awareness of behaviours, patterns and emotions
Identify and practice ways to change thought-action patterns
Improve relationships with self and others
Increase resilience in challenging times
About the Program
6-sessions, online and weekly
This program is offered free of charge
Once the 6 sessions are complete, we will incorporate feedback from participants when determining future Making Changes for Men session content and delivery.
