WCYR is celebrating serving women for 45 years!

Will you celebrate with us?

WCYR was founded in 1977 by two women who saw a need in their community and wanted to make a difference. With no support or resources other than their car, these women began helping mothers exit abusive relationships and find meaningful employment, all still only from their vehicle! 45 years later, we are proud to say we continue the spirit of this mission by offering free wraparound support and programs for women in our community.  

This year we will be hosting a celebration where we want to share our journey over the past 45 years. Our journey wouldn't exist without you, which is why we hope to gather impactful stories so we can celebrate together! Whether you've benefited from our services, are a volunteer, a community partner or donor, we hope you'll take a few moments to share your story with us!
