The Community Care Team includes Social Workers who provide individuals and families in Eastern York Region with supportive, short-term counselling FREE OF CHARGE. The Social Workers can teach helpful strategies to cope with a range of issues: stress, separation, adjustment, grief, mental health issues, family challenges, addiction and substance use issues, challenges related to gender and sexual diversity, and more.
